1) Where are you located?

We are based in Orange County, California. All orders are picked, packed, and shipped from here.

 

2) Where are your products made?

Our jewelry is made in Italy from solid gold and sterling silver.

 

3) How long does shipping take?

Please allow for 24-48 hour processing time excluding weekends and holidays. 

(USA) 2-3 business days.

(INTERNATIONAL) 10-15 business days.


4) Is your jewelry real?

Yes, all of our jewelry is real and solid. Expertly crafted from 18k gold or 925 sterling silver. 


5) Does your jewelry tarnish?

All sterling silver jewelry "oxidizes" after long term use. This is because silver reacts when exposed to oxygen (air). 

In order to prevent this, we plate all of our silver pieces in rhodium and provide a  jewelry cleaning cloth in every order for easy cleaning. Occasionally clean your jewelry with the cloth to keep it shiny. Alternatively, any silver jewelry cleaner/solution will ensure your jewelry stays in pristine condition.


6) What does "rhodium plated" mean? 

Rhodium is known to be the most expensive metal in the world, even more precious than gold. This is because of its beautiful shine combined with its powerful resistance to scratches and corrosion. Jewelry plated in rhodium is shinier and more durable than other metals. We use rhodium plating on our products to prevent tarnishing.

 

7) How do I care for my jewelry?

You can rest assured our jewelry is completely water resistant. However, in order to ensure the lifespan of your jewelry we recommend wearing your silver piece daily and avoiding chemicals and perfumes.


8) Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, our policy is 30 days once the product is received to contact us for a complimentary size exchange. Items must be unworn and in the original packaging.
